Love this place. The atmosphere, the decor, the staff, the food - all great. Had the platters and was very impressed. Two platters, a beer, and 2 soft drinks came to £25. Great price. Even on a Sunday evening, the place had plenty of customers in. Would not hesitate to visit again when I am in Leeds.

Beautiful food, great environment and friendly staff!!
I would recommend a little more selection on the special offer 2 course for £10..... if I had to be picky, but totally great dining experience, the food is amazing!!!! 😁
Fantastic!
The atmosphere is buzzing and the setting is amazing. Service was superb and the staff are so friendly. The menu was varied with something for everyone, the food was absolutely fantastic and very good value for money. I’d highly recommend.
For someone who considers Thailand her second home and yearly trips to Bangkok her pilgrimage zaap is a godsend bit of goodness in Leeds. The food will take you back to your trips to Khao San road, Decor reminds you of the food stalls in the night market and the food though a bit watered down to suit the English palette is still quite authentic. Loved the thai street feel and the effort less hospitality and warmth from the staff. We have celebrated 2birthdays here , mine 3 years ago and my husband's last night and have been delighted by how zaap makes it memorable.
Throwback to the amazing Thai food last Saturday with my lab bunch :) 1) Ambiance 0.75/1 - Funky, lively, colorful..probably not traditionally 'Thai' but definitely happening😍
2)Food 0.75/1 - Good portions and refreshing flavors. 5 out of 7 of us was happy with their food. My favourite ones being their Masamaan Curry, Dumplings and the very refreshing Chicken Salad (minced)🍲 3) Service 0.75/1 - Quick and friendly
4) Innovation and Technique 0.5/1 - They focus on Thai stree food which is great along with the Ambiance. It would be nice to have a few meal deals (starters + mains or mains + dessert)
5) VFM 0.75/1 - Generous portions of mains. I just had salad and coconut water and I was full. Cost me £9. The total bill for 7 of us would be about £75 (less than £11 per person)
Overall 3.5/5 - Definitely a good place to catch up with friends over a good Thai meal🍜🍲👌
A Thursday night, a lovely warm evening in Leeds, and a packed Thai restaurant that looked like it should be in the back streets of Bangkok, a chaotic place packed with people and life, Thai signs everywhere in a jumble of gaudy colours, and an open plan kitchen crewed by a group of Thai chefs flinging noodles around in woks.
This place seems to be always having a crowd! Nice food, love the ambience! The aesthetic is so giving Thailand FEELS. Pandan pancake is quite yum, and you can never go wrong with mango sticky rice 🥹
I had dinner with my boyfriend today and everything was so amazing. I had stir-fried morning glory with crispy pork, the pad see eiw with beef, spicy noodles soup, and Thai iced tea. The service there was very lovely :D
Buzzing atmosphere. Went at about 6pm on a Saturday and without reservation only had to wait about 10 mins for 4 of us. Food was great, nice drinks and good value.
I had a takeaway for vegan pad Thai noodles with tofu as plant based protein.
The service was pretty quick.
The hospitality was welcoming and as this was my first time trying new cuisine, they were happy to find me the right dish of what I was looking for.
Plenty of vegan alternatives for mock meat ranging from prawn to chicken.
Called in on a Friday about 1.30pm and had no problem getting a table for two despite it being quite busy, our food was good & delivered quickly. We've been three times previously and always enjoy coming back 👍
Enjoyed the Thai Chinese fusion food. Service was swift, clear, considered and attentive. There was a queue, as it was a sunny Saturday, but we were seated within a couple of minutes. We ordered and paid immediately which is how they do things. Cocktail was a revelation: excellent. I'm a real ale man, so this is high praise.
Outside seating gives the balanced joys of street noise and people-watching! Noise did not intrude on conversation.
We had a large table for a staff outing. Service was super fast and friendly. Less than £200 for 9 of us to be very well fed and drinks too!
Such a nice place and amazing food!!!!!
Had just a sudden crave for prawns so my friend suggested to go to this amazing restaurant.
Such an amazing experience, food was great.
Had Prawns dim sums , breaded prawns , fishcakes , 2 mains with prawns and squids and 2 mocktails and spent around £65, totally worth it considering the ambience(it looks like to be in Thailand 's streets).
Can't say much about staff because we sat outside(brilliant idea as weather was just perfect) and they were really busy too.
But the few interactions we had they all were been kind and helpful.
Must try , at least once......
Atmosphere is great, feels like Thailand. Food though is fine. Thai Milk Tea is a bit diluted.
The atmosphere is just like a street food restaurant in Bangkok, with an emphasis on the combination of street and formal interior design. The food arrived in less than 10 minutes, and I enjoyed both the flavors and the way it was served. The staffs are incredibly hardworking and exceptionally friendly and polite as well.
