You can find here the biggest selection of street food vendors, offering a taste of global cuisine. I understood that the food trucks are rotating every 6 to 8 weeks, but there are also permanent eateries alongside the rotating vendors, so you can always find something familiar if you'd prefer. The place is huge and you can find everything that you want: from pizza and pasta, to quesadilla, Chinese good or Greek food. The vibe is casual and lively, with a lot of seating and beautiful views over the Albion place. Affordable prices for everyone. Really liked the atmosphere. We had a chicken and halloumi gyros from 'Eat like a greek" and were very tasty. I've asked one of the guys serving if they can give an extra pita for the little one because he was craving after mine and he was really nice and gave us an extra pita. The fries from Archies were fine.

Went to Ka Bao and the pulled pork bao buns were great! Got my buzzer and they were ready within about 10 minutes.

Food shacks and vans offering foods from around the globe, from Indian to Mexican to Vietnamese to Burgers etc. Vegetarian and vegan options available too. Quite a few sitting places around. Easily accessible via public or private transport. Lifts and escalators to navigate through.

Always great to go here. With a great mix of regular food places, I particularly love the beef burito from the Mexican place but great to have the changing food stalls. There is literally something for everyone. Always places to sit, really clean and the cleaning staff go out of their way to make sure it stays that way. Top notch staff members

Love coming here every few weeks to check out the new van lineups. It helps keep it pretty fresh as there’s always new foods to try! Can be extremely busy in a weekend with nowhere to sit

Lovely assortment of street food style restaurants, open seating area, loads of options. Range of prices and meal sizes so can come for a quick snack or a meal. Only downside is it can get a bit cold since the trinity shopping centre is open, but you can take your food anywhere don't have to stay in the seating areas.

Trinity kitchen is a great option for food, so many different cuisines and I like that some of the vans change over, there's always something new everytime I go. If you're a group that don't all want to eat the same food and don't mind eating at potentially separate times then I'd recommend going :)

One of the fanciest fish and chips I’ve had, the fish was super fresh and the flavour’s of the dish were vibrant (fish and chips with a twist). Great service from a family run business, need more of this in Leeds. This place is called Fish&

Wow!!! I repeat, wow!!! Best food hall ever!!! HUGE selection of different street foods from different countries. With so much to choose from, there is definitely something for everyone. We were a party of 8. We all went and got our preferred lunch, then reconvened in the funky eating area. Super enjoyable, so pop in on your next shopping trip
