We made a reservation for 5pm on a Saturday, and I am glad we did. The place was really busy and they were turning people away when we went in. We'd walked past it during the day a couple of times and was just as busy all afternoon!
The restaurant is very fast paced! It's not really the sort of place to go if you want to linger over dinner, but at the same time, I didn't feel rushed.
The food was great. The waiter even spoke to the chef to ask him if he could make something off menu for me (by the way, there was loads on menu I liked) just because I mentioned it was my favourite. The chef said he could and it was perfect.
The house red was lovely, as was the prosecco.
Would definitely go back next time I am in Leeds, and would recommend to others as well.
Great food, great people.. Nothing is too much trouble keeping and they are really great with kids.
I ordered the wrong thing as the meal I wanted sounded similar to one I actually ordered, my mistake but they rectified it straight away and didn't charge me for the meal I had incorrectly ordered.
We go regularly throughout the year and the food and staff are great.

Da Mario's on the Headrow in Leeds has become as much as an recognised feature of the high street as the barrel man.. but yet how many people have actually eaten there? This restaurant has been here as long as I have been alive!
I was a solo travel female, the staff were lovely and chatty. The food was excellent. I really enjoyed the meal and felt comfortable. Will go back to again when I am back in Leeds.

Went last week, I had the cannelloni as my main and it tasted amazing. For starter I had garlic bread, it came 12inch with tomato and cheese and it was so good. They kindly gave us a free shot of limoncello, that was the best shot I've ever had. It is reasonably priced for the portions and how great it tastes. I got seated immediately, as I reserved a table. I had this really nice Scottish waiter, he was so friendly.

We rocked up after missing out on several places fully booked. They were the first place happy to help out and found us a table. Thank you for that it was really nice.

Starters were awesome. Really really good. Calamari supper yum a bit blonde but so tasty.
Prawns with chilli and some pesto toast. Properly the best thing we ate.
Aronchini balls. Mushroomy and crunchy.

Steak diane. Blast from the past but comforting.

Wine was ok temprenillo was really good montepulicio was ok.
Nice staff good atmosphere apart from a fire alarm going off.
It looks a bit tired but i would definitely eat there again.
We both really enjoyed food! Nice atmosphere; toilets were clean but could do with a bit of refurbishment. Overall, highly recommended!

Excellent lasagna for lasagna fans. The complimentary foccacia & pesto dressing is lush.
A damn fine establishment. Able to accommodate my party which had a gluten free diner and a nut allergy. Their calzone, truly supreme.
