We had a Prosecco lunch for two to celebrate my 50th Birthday and ended staying all afternoon. Fran was a superb host a real credit to the place. So attentive and helpful. And made my day even more special, even added a sparkler to my cocktail. Would highly recommend. Groupon deal is a no brainier. �
Enjoyed afternoon tea yesterday afternoon with my son. Made a change from being served on a 3 tier plate stand to a box stand with a section for each item. Nice touch. Sandwiches and cakes were lovely and so was the Prosecco. Service was good and the server was very pleasant and attentive plus the view was lovely with a cool breeze. Loved every minute.
We didn't have food.
We were a group of 4 and hadn't booked but we were given a warm welcome and shown straight to a seating area.
It was busy with a few celebrations but this did not disturb our experience. We stayed for two rounds of cocktails which were delicious.
The service was friendly and helpful.
The atmosphere and views were great.
There had been a leak in the toilets and when I told a member of staff it was dealt with straight away.
The food menu looked good so we are planning on returning.
Treated to a bottomless brunch. Great choice of drinks, which they regularly replace without being prompted. The staff is really helpful. The view of Leeds on a clear day is fantastic. It has a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views...
Inattentive to begin with but improved over the time we were there.

The main attraction is the skyline so the fact that the DJ's set didn't really hang together that well wasn't here nor there to be honest. Much better vibe Friday night / Saturday morning (understandably) than there had been on my last visit which had been a midweek.
Had a bottomless brunch here and would highly recommend here if that's your thing. Food was really good and choice of drinks good as well. All staff were very friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble
Staying at the hotel on a business trip, evening drinks with a couple of colleagues. It was a modern bar, with a great view. The service was accommodating, it wasn't too busy and had a good selection of drinks. A round between three was £36 - as expected with a bar in the city. As a hotel bar, it's exactly what you'd expect.
Out on a works get together. Staff worked very hard there . If I have one complaint , maybe it's an age thing, but music was too loud to talk inside so we eventually all moved outside . Bit chilly but were provided with blankets . Sunset was amazing

Great service. We sat outside on an evening under a heater with blankets. Staff bought us drinks and were friendly and efficient.
We had amazing cocktails with attentive staffs! The views from up top are great to take pictures and the DJ played engaging music.

I really feel that the service we encountered yesterday afternoon at the Sky Lounge needs to be celebrated.
We arrived around 8pm with no reservation. The bar was almost full and there were very limited tables. We asked if there may be space for three of us and we're greeted by a blonde waitress with a pony tail. She was so friendly, welcomed us and seated us at a table immediately. Our drinks order was taken and served within minutes.
We then chose to move tables and went to sit close to the bar. Here we were greeted by Ella who yet again welcomed us to her section and told us if we needed anything to let her know.
We planned to stay for one or two drinks but felt so welcomed and attended to that we just felt leaving would be a disadvantage so we stayed and after several rounds of drinks we paid our £170 bill and left.
In all of our experiences yesterday in Leeds there are no venues that made any special effort to make us feel welcome except for your team. What would have been a £30 tab increased significantly because of the service your guys provided. They added so much value to our experience that in turn we added value to their takings.
Everyone was happy from those who seated us, those around us who we saw talking to other tables just as wonderfully as Ella talked to us and especially to Ella who is a huge asset to the team.
Whoever is training these staff and leading such a positive culture in customer service needs a round of applause.
We can't wait to return.
