Best fish and chips in north leeds, maybe the whole of Leeds. Weatherby whaler is hot on their heels but think these boys just tip them to the crown. Friendly service is a nice bonus.

Best fish and chips in Chapel Allerton!
We've been to them all, and Talk of Town wins through. The portion size is very generous, and the fish and chips have always been done to perfection. They do a great little kids box, which always goes down well. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

Honestly, this is one of the best fish and chips I have had. I ordered 4 regular fish and chips, which came to £35 and you will get your moneys worth. The portion is very big, the fish is very long and I almost couldn't finish my portion myself. The two young girls that served me were very polite, and the cook (which I guess is the owner) was cooking everything freshly. I went on a Thursday evening, and they were busy, but it was worth the wait, which was only around 10 or 15 minutes (I guess). I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Stopped for chips enroute back home to Northumberland & feel compelled to write a review.
Probably the tastiest takeaway chips I think I've ever had...freshly cooked, piping hot and cooked to perfection!
Very inviting, clean and great service with polite helpful staff. Will be stopping again on next trip to Leeds!
