A great catch up with friends was made all the more special by our waitress Grace. With some of us having particular dietary needs, Grace talked us through the menu to ensure we made the right choices. Thanks.
Very nice but very pricey good service good food
We went in for a bite to eat after the cinema and were glad we did. It is a busy place but we were served quickly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is more of an American style. I did think the menu looked a little pricey but when we order we realised why, you get more then your moneys worth as the meals are large and really tasty. We enjoyed our meals and will definitely be going back when we get the chance and I would recommend it anyone.
Quite a regular visit, and every experience is pleasant.
The best description I can give for someone who hasn't been to a tgi franchise is it's like a fancy Wetherspoons. You have the same selection at every resteraunt and the same quality just better food and drink available.
I would recommend the alaskan iced tea and Frank's Red hot wings.
They offer 2 for 1 on cocktails but this is 2 of the same cocktail, you can't mix and match which is a shame.
Very good offers if you go for lunch mid week.
Food was amazing, great seating area outside in the sun with no queue, kids eat free with a paying adult. Nice easy lunch witj no fuss
Absolutely fantastic food and service. We were served by Maddie, very polite and just what you want from restaurant staff. The steak was just perfectly medium rare, my partner was given a recommendation for a chicken burger and she loved it. I'll definitely be visiting again. This was my first ever visit to a TGI.
Overall very happy, food was consistent with other branches.
Only slight bummer was ordering a half rack of ribs and being brought a full rack. Was offered either pay for the full rack, or wait for a half rack while the rest of the group were eating....
The free refills were proactively attended to, and the waiter was attentive and friendly.
Not a bad place to eat at. Staff very helpful and polite. Food was brought out in good time. Will go back.
Excellent gluten free menu available and staff have great knowledge of allergens. Upon seating, you are asked if there are any allergies, and the manager takes your order and brings your food out separately with an allergen flag marker. All staff were really kind and the manager talked me through the allergen procedure and walked me through the gluten free menu on an iPad (steaks, chicken, burgers, starters, mains & desserts). I ordered a gluten free burger with fries, and I was even asked if dairy and salad were OK to be on the burger too, and the fries are cooked in a separate fryer. The food was really nice and I was so happy to not feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I recommend this place to all coeliacs and will happily return! 10/10 :)
My family and I went out (party of 8) and we had a lovely time.
First off there was a problem with our booking being taken for the wrong time but your staff made sure that we were still seated and in a great amount of time also.
The server Cristia went above and beyond to help with one of the kids of whom has diabetes. He couldn’t have been more accommodating and was a shining example of what your servers should be.
The meals also were great too and everyone was enjoyed their food. My steak was perfectly cooked also.
