I like banyan bar and kitchen.
Always feel comfortable there. Good size of the bar. Always clean, nice comfortable tables, amazing salads and salmon.
Good beers and big space to seat outside.

We came for quiz night on Thursday hosted by the amazing Grace! We may have come dead last but had a banging night regardless!

We went to Banyan for brunch. We shared a small plate of King Prawn Spring Rolls which were really good and then had a main each: Chicken Skewer (with salad) and Alpine Chicken Schnitzel. The plates are generous and the food is delicious. Although there are a lot of fattening options in the menu, this option seems relatively low on calory intake and it's nice and juicy. The service was totally impersonal but fast. Apparently, half of the place was hired for a babyshower, so it became more and more noisy. Apart from that it's a good place for families too (we saw kids get colouring sheets and crayons) and it's spacious.

Could possibly do with a wider range of draft beers but a very well appointed modern bar with good service and atmosphere and sheltered outside seating.
Haven't eaten there for a while but the food is pretty reliable, too.

Had a lovely catch up with a friend here and enjoyed some light bites. The food was nice, very well presented and tasty.
We were drinking and chatting so we upted for several sides. The service was brilliant staff were friendly welcoming and helpful.
It was quiz night so we opted to join in just for fun came last! But had a great laugh losing. 😂

Enjoyable setting, plenty to choose from on street lane but would recommend you give this place a go. Pricing is reasonable, quality can't be questioned though.

I came here while visiting family and I was pleasantly surprised, for such a simple chicken wrap it was absolutely delicious and you can never go wrong with a pot of tea.
