Walk-in one evening for a simple coffee. Very well presented and a nice drink. Staff were excellent also which makes all the difference.

Aussie night was a smash. Nick the chef did a fantastic job of adapting classic Australian dishes and every meal was delicious!

Stayed at this hotel many times but never finished work early enough to eat in their restaurant. The food was very nice with a good selection to chose from. The restaurant is very clean and modern with nice friendly and professional staff. My only criticism is it's a bit pricey for a hotel restaurant where the prices are up there with the Marco Pierre White hotels I stay at, the food is good but not as good as Marcos. Other than that a nice experience.

Like so many places it's the staff who can make or break a business with their attitude and here the staff were excellent.like many establishments at present certain items on the menu were missing but did try to serve out good alternatives with a smile

OK went out on a spa day with an afternoon tea. After a couple of hours at the Spirit Health Club we went for our afternoon tea at the Bar & Kitchen @ LS1 restaurant. The friendly staff, seated us in a nice table with comfortable seating. After a little moment we received our preferred coffee, selection of finger sandwiches, sultana scone, clotted cream and some cake slices which was all very nice.
