Spur of the moment visit and even though it was explained they were short staffed, we really didn't have too long a wait. Freshly cooked classic pizza arrived. Very flavoursome and filling. Staff were friendly and polite and were working their butts off to meet demand. Would recommend.

Delicious food as always and food portions. We had a code for pasta and pizza options at £5 and the portions are still the same as if we paid full price!

Had to wait a considerable time for meal as they were unexpectedly busy for a Thursday evening however, we were forewarned and the waiter extremely obliging by offering olives to snack on which, were the best I've tasted and the meal, veg tagliatelle (spinach, roasted pine nuts and goats cheese) was worth waiting for. Never had a bad meal here.

We visited Bella Italia for a late lunch on a Thursday, and unsurprisingly it was very quiet. The waitress was friendly and polite, and everything was served promptly. The food was enjoyable and well presented. We like Bella Italia because they cater very well for a gluten free diet, which my wife needs. It's a nice restaurant and we'll definitely visit again.

I ordered the vegan pasta. The vegan "meatballs" were cold. Normally at this point I'd be ranting about how I'd never return, how the food is disgusting, but hear me out... I wasn't sure if they were meant to be cold, I enquired politely about it. The waitress said she'd ask and bring me some more if not. I was expecting just the "meatballs", she brought me a whole fresh dish. I was surprised.
The pasta was amazing.
The service was outstanding and I got to take home an entire meal for the following night's tea.
If you give people a chance to rectify mistakes, if you treat them kindly, they will bend over backwards to make sure that you, as a customer, are happy with your meal.

The food is amazing,kind staff,hygiene rated 5/5. Would recommend although tables crowded with unnecessary decorations such as candles in empty wine bottles. Varied children's menus. Water too expensive (£4+) Staff don't speak Italian although Polite and attempt to speak the language.
