It was pleasant to take a moment to relax and enjoy a delicious latte and cake after receiving some unfortunate news from the hospital. The latte was particularly enjoyable, and the cakes are always a delightful treat.

Visited today with my partner who has a serious wheat allergy. Weâre used to her having to go grab a sandwich from a nearby supermarket and staff are always great about it wherever we go. When she came back and said they hadnât had any GF sandwiches and sheâd just have to get the soup, the girl at the counter said âyou donât look like you want the soup, why donât I call a local store to see if they have one of our GF sandwiches?â She proceeded to call three other stores until she found one in stock, then asked another team member to nip round and get it. Absolutely wonderful service, she went above and beyond. It was the first time weâd visited this branch and we will definitely be back! My partner thought her name was âDeeâ - please see she gets the recognition she deserves!

Caffe Nero has a good coffee, The Service is good but Slow, needs to Improve to do a Faster Service.
But it is a really good place to have a rest While you are Working or visiting Leeds, or the close Museums and Library.

I always adore Caffè Nero, their coffee is elite. I had a caramel latte in my own cup and stayed for an hour reading and enjoying people-watching. Itâs a shame they ran out of almond croissants, as they are scrumptious. Maybe next time!

Itâs Remembrance Sunday and the queue for this coffee shop is out the door and the two young lad baristas one of which is a trainee are holding their own though, one even managed to get me a pen mid way between serving and getting change. Totally under control, calm and thorough. Well done

Fantastic place! Coffee from Nero is always amazing. Good location with good selection. Fab staff, they are friendly and welcoming all the time. Relaxing and comfy vibe. Wonderful place to spend hours with friends or even yourself. Often grab a cuppa coffee during working or before a movie on the weekends.

Excellent, friendly and very conveniently placed coffee shop within the town centre. Great staff who are quick and smiley and plenty of space for both those who want a quick coffee and others who want to linger for longer. And the coffee's good, too!
