Such a great place, staff very friendly and the atmosphere was brilliant. Great selection of drinks, I can highly recommend the spit roast pineapple gin it was lovely

Me and partner visited on Saturday night for the first time. We had the best time. Great fun music, excellent drinks, the staff were lovely and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

Brilliant bar, with a selection of good quality gins that they serve with aromatic pairings. The food's provided by the Caribbean cafe from Kirkgate market, with lobster pizza being a standout item.on the menu. The beers not bad either!
Here again in 2019 and this is how my Hendricks is served! Beer by the river next time methinks...

I'm a American visitor and ended up going into Sids on whim. George, the owner, is an absolute gem. Lovely guy, and great conversation. The pub has a beautiful atmosphere, and the gin menu (over 60 different choices) is delicious.
One evening there ended up convincing me to remain a customer for life.

This is a great find. Don't let the outside cool you, it's a cool bar with a nice outdoor space to look out onto the canal. Good brands on the bar, and their wine is well priced for such a central venue.
