Pasha Shisha

Best Place for couple for Shisha. I have visited many Shisha cafe and all i find is the environment is not very comfortable. Pasha Lounge Leeds value their customer. We have problem with the order unlike other Shisha Cafe, Pasha Lounge went extra. Customer Service was excellent. I will visit Pasha Lounge again. Keep up the excellent customer service and you will have more returning customer. Guys who made my shisha (both with beards) Thank you guys we're blown away with your customer service.

We really enjoy going to this pasha its really relaxed, the staff are really friendly and you can easily spend a few hours here with the girls. it helps that the musics great and you can even request songs if the managers about. The food looks good but I haven't tried it the desserts on the other hand are gorgeous.

Favourite place in leeds! Returned too many times for my own good, everyone is so friendly and welcoming they looked after us so well. The manager Taz was the most amazing man ever, dont think I've ever met somebody so accommodating. If your looking for good food, sweet desserts and great company this is the spot. So many flavours of sisha to choose from also. Would return again and again!

I don’t agree with the previous review written by yasmin candar. I visit Pasha Leeds regularly with friends and at familiar with Lydia, the girl mentioned in the review, and I completely disagree with the statement. She is always so kind and friendly and the professionalism is the reason as to why pasha has our business. I was there at the time and the customer was extremely rude and seemed to vent all her anger into Lydia. Lydia stood there and apologised and I believe the way the customer has ‘name and Shamed’ Lydia is extremely embarrassing and disappointing.
