Clean and beautiful store with amazing customer service

Went for a meal deal around 7pm and asked for Gluten free bread bmt. The staff serving to me changed the gloves immediately without asking. A thumbs up here. The communication during the sandwich preparation was clear, efficient, and pleasant. Sandwich was fresh and tasty.

The sandwich I ordered was delicious and reasonably priced. They had a wide variety of meat and salad options to choose from.
My visit on the 19th around 1 pm was a bit challenging due to shortage of staff. Despite being in the middle of their busiest hours, there were only three staff members on duty. I found it surprising that only one staff member was serving the customers while the other two were busy preparing online orders and not helping in serving instore customers. In my opinion, it should have been the opposite.
The sandwich artist who was serving the customers remained remarkably composed, polite and efficient. Her cheerful behavior made the whole experience more pleasant despite the staffing issues.

One of the best subway in leeds. Clean environment and many options in salads as I am a vegeterian. Will come back again. Do not remember the name but the lady serving in the evening is superb!

The staff were absolutely amazing, I'm not sure what there names were but we went at 18:20pm on Monday, all of them was extremely polight and had a good chat, they all definitely need praising, will definitely be coming back again!

I had a breakfast sub and a cappuccino.
I chose to take my food and drink away, but there are tables and chairs available for customers to eat inside the restaurant.
The staff here were friendly and capable.
There is a time limited car park immediately outside the store.

The shop on the whole was clean and well displayed. The staff were helpful. Although there wasn't the normal choice of breads. The sandwiches were a little sloppy when we came to eat them as we didn't opt for much in the way of moist fillings it was a little disappointing.
But would go back.
