Ordered over phone for collection the African woman advised food will be ready in 10 mins; Went there in 10 mins and told her phone order and she said I’m going to make it now. Why lie and say 10 mins and make me come all the way to Burley …
I placed a telephone order on 30/12/25 at around 16:27 for a jacket potato with tuna, cheese and butter. When I went to collect it, the woman serving me was very rude. …
Nice food & clean place. Such horrible customer service though. Been here twice now in 2 months, ladies have zero customer service skills, not even a hello or a thank you. Look like they're being forced to work here. A little smile wouldn't even require much effort. Or "thank you" at the least.
Nice place, fresh food. Not the cheapest so loses a star.
ladies working there have no manners at all it’s like they’re forced to work. Huffing and puffing, Used to love coming here before, ordered a mix steak and rice she dint even ask me what salad I wanted and put on whatever she desired, also …
This is a great healthy food spot that served great, clean, healthy, high protein and delicious meals. I ordered my panini and it was ready really quickly and made exactly according to instructions. My husband has ordered food from here …
