Usually very good as very polite staff and they get it right. Unfortunately today was very bad. 30 mins wait, then brought my bagel to the guy after me, on a plate, who was also ordering out. Then when it eventually came was on the wrong bread and not even an acknowledgement of the time it took. More staff please at lunchtimes 😕
