Historic and traditional department store, but too hot in summer and too packed with merchandise to feel comfortable. Lacks a modern appeal and I can understand the company closing, with the same products often cheaper online, but shoppers loving the 'shopping experience' offered by department stores 😞

It wasn't bad - the 'Blue Cross Sale' was on, which doesn't really make any sense as nothing seemed to have a blue cross on it, despite a decent selection of sale items. I bought two pairs of jeans, both half price 👖👖 My purchase came to £35 but I couldn't tap my card because apparently they never increased their contactless limit. It's worth popping in if you happen to be passing, but I don't think it's exciting enough to make a special trip for. It's usually really warm in there too, which is fun now that we have to wear masks...

It is a little bit more expensive that other similar stores, but otherwise everyone can find what is looking for and there are some very good brands and quality is on very good level. It will be great if it is possible to have more customer assistances, especially at busy days and times. If you looking for gifts for relatives, friends or for anyone, without have any idea what exactly (like me last time) this store is a very good option, because as I already said-there is a plenty of different products, brands and tipes, so everyone can find something for his/her

Had an appointment to wax my eyebrows with Abbie who was absolutely amazing, such good customer service. I was just expecting to get a wax and after I actually got a tint and a free lip wax which I was very happy about. Then I bought some products which she showed before how it would look on my skin. Overall probably one of the best service there by far definitely going again in 4 weeks time!!

They sell men's trousers with a 32" inside leg, which is what I need. So for me, Debenhams is a hit. Much easier to order online, however, and delivery costs are less than traveling to a store... especially when they often don't have your size in store. The Leeds store is great and central Leeds is a very pleasant city centre to visit.
