I would like to thank Alissa for coming to the rescue when my click and collect order failed. Thanks to her excellent customer service a replacement item was located and transferred from a nearby store which I happily collected today. Thanks also to the manager who collected it for me. Love shopping at Dunelm - bought 4 massive cushions (unfortunately not in the sale) but same material as my curtains so really pleased. Also went into cafe for delicious bowl of soup xxx

Good quality products for reasonable prices. You can find everything fornyou house. We had a tea and scone with cream alsi in the cafeteria. So perfect!

Love this store. Everything you need for the home. Bought two new shades for bedside lamps, two huge throws for the suites, several mugs, and a gorgeous koala hot water bottle for my granddaughter. They've even got a cafe and had lunch. You just want to look at everything. They have so many bargains.

Great customer service. Very helpful staff. Good variety of items for the home ranging from curtains and blinds to kitchen essentials and lighting. The space is a little bit tight to navigate around so it might pose a slight challenge for wheelchair users and prams but overall very nice place to shop for home ware.
