We had a fantastic day. Really convenient for doing a bit of shopping and going to kirkstall abbey with the kids. We don't drive but there are some nice little walks between the abbey and the shops. So we didn't have to rush worrying about the parking time limit!

I'm happy that some more shops which I would shop in are coming to the complex as it was a bit bare at first,
But having a toy shop and a home bargains is really convenient.
This complex is in walking distance for me so I have no issues getting in and out of the car park but I don't envy people that do have issues.
My only issue with traffic is trying to get through 3 sets of traffic lights on the school run and rush hour - it could he improved and the lights need to be more in sinc with each other.
A nice Costa store with attentive staff. I just wish there was somewhere I could leave my tray rather than the table so that I could help staff out.
The last thing I expect of these guys during busy periods is to be clearing tables, so the ability to help with a used tray rack would be great.
My click and collect orders are always readily promptly, and when sitting in, it is comfortable, warm and nicely lit.
Could do with an accessibility button for the door though to help out folk with pushchairs/wheelchairs.
Ordered hot chocolate 🍫 kit kat flavour tasted great, friendly staff and made quick clean and tidy inside

Visit regularly and mainly have a good experience. Main staff are friendly and follow a good customer service standard which you don't seem to get in other Costas I have visited. They set a good standard.
Only negative is sometimes they run out of crockery/utensils which are still in the wash. This can spoil the lovey experience for me.
Nice little Costa in Kirkstall. Usual fare. Staff friendly and helpful.

Really nice Costa. Nice and large, loads of light, plenty of seating. Was busy but the staff kept it moving fairly quick. Parking is great at the shopping centre so no trouble there. Outdoor seating is good too.
Good sized Costa store at Kirkstall retail Park. Friendly staff, plenty of seating and parking. Service a little slow when busyish on a Sunday morning
Nice bacon bap, very good coffee and nice staff. Recommended!
A typical Costa it fulfills the needs of the populas and wins hands down for location.
Lovely visit as always. Staff opened the door for me since I was in a wheelchair. Honestly, you wouldn't believe how little that happens. Friendly staff, great service. We come every week and it's always a pleasant experience
