A nice Costa store with attentive staff. I just wish there was somewhere I could leave my tray rather than the table so that I could help staff out.
The last thing I expect of these guys during busy periods is to be clearing tables, so the ability to help with a used tray rack would be great.
My click and collect orders are always readily promptly, and when sitting in, it is comfortable, warm and nicely lit.
Could do with an accessibility button for the door though to help out folk with pushchairs/wheelchairs.

Visit regularly and mainly have a good experience. Main staff are friendly and follow a good customer service standard which you don't seem to get in other Costas I have visited. They set a good standard.
Only negative is sometimes they run out of crockery/utensils which are still in the wash. This can spoil the lovey experience for me.

Really nice Costa. Nice and large, loads of light, plenty of seating. Was busy but the staff kept it moving fairly quick. Parking is great at the shopping centre so no trouble there. Outdoor seating is good too.
