I am one of the workers at burger king. I have eaten to food there and it is good. However people need to understand that 1. There is NO air conditioning during hot weather. So we have to suffer awful heat in summer. 2. Later at night there are only 3 people running the store and we clean as we go. So service may be a bit slower with just ONE person doing food orders drive through orders and front counter orders. 3. When it gets busy the kitchen may be overwhelmed a bit. It's not their fault. They work hard is hot and sweaty conditions with no drinks. So if youre a customer throwing a fit over food time, take into consideration the workers that are trying to do their work whiles gritting their teeth and facing possible dehydration. 4. We have to put up with kids who aren't with their parents giving us grief, performing antisocial behaviour and even physically assaulting us! Yet we have 0 rights to do anything about it unless we want to lose our jobs! We try out best to do a good job to make the customers happy. So please don't assume we don't care because we actually do. And to parents who let their kids run rampant... they could be coming here causing us problems and making the place more stressful for the staff!
