We ate at Franky and Bennys White Rose. The food was very quick and tasted great. I had the chicken parmasan and it was beautiful. The service was amazing, very happy to help and sylwia was absolutely amazing! And to top it off the desert was out of this world! Thank you

We dined on Mother's Day off of their "special menu. I enjoyed it but... my starter was a bit tepid but still delicious, mains and dessert were scrumptious! Our wait time was a bit too long but our server Charles was wonderful! What a character and I mean that a good way. There was 6 adults and 2 children 3 and 5 year old so we were a handful. Over all I enjoyed our meal here.

A power-cut at home meant we couldn't cook or do much of anything, so we went out for a meal instead. Heading into F&B, we were quickly seated (we arrived around 9pm IIRC) and had drinks orders and menus to browse. Our starters arrived pretty quickly, and were quite nice - hot and fresh, well presented and tasty - cheesy potato skins and a garlic bread to share between us. The main courses that came out afterwards were frankly nowhere near as good - dry, somewhat chewy and not great tasting. The restaurant wasn't busy, and we couldn't see any reason why food would either have been rushed, or not had adequate care taken over it. The carbonara was hot and fresh, but definitely "over-peppered" - edible, but not to taste. My burger was very much on the "very well done" side of things, with a crunchy layer over the meat. Pudding looked like it was going to redeem them somewhat - chocolate fudge brownies and apple & cinammon cake. My fudge brownie was actually really good, but the cake dish was again massively "over spiced" with discernable piles of cinammon, far in excess of what was needed for flavour. Restaurant was clean and tidy, with at level access, clean toilets and plenty of space. Unfortunately this is the second time we've been to this particular F&B, and had a meal that left us feeling disappointed, so it's doubtful we'll return - especially as there's a Five Guys opened just across the car park from them.

Bland pasta that was all beige with cheap frozen chicken and a burger that was both dry and greasy at the same time...strange that one. I shouldn't have expected much for the money but an Italian should be able to cook Italian food, shame really

Worst Frankie & Benny's experience. Starter (chicken wings) was barely warm. Main (carbonara) was bland. Wasn't seasoned, couldn't taste the garlic. Key ingredients were missing. Didn't have to pay for starter but was told the main is what it is. What rubbish! Anyway, I won't be going back.
