Such a friendly and welcoming pub! The landlady Amanda is just incredible, she offered to allow me to hold numerous fundraising events for our self-funded majorette team at The Whistlestop and went above and beyond to help me organise it! …
If I could give this place more stars I would!! They are not only a pub but do so much for the community and local sport teams to do fundraising! Outstanding landlady with a fabulous atmosphere!!! They may not do food but the crisp/snack selection is fab!
Definitely exceeded my expectations. Lovely little pub. Went with a couple of friends one evening for a few drinks. Next time I'll go and see what the food is like.
A very friendly pub. Landlady Amanda is warm and welcoming to each and every customer. Bar staff are lovely and very friendly. Dog friendly, kid friendly...... just very friendly all round
Amanda and her team are bloody brilliant. Friendly and helpful. If you like a local boozer with a dedicated team then this is the pub for you
