They sent me the wrong pizza but quickly rectified it and got the right one to me with some freebies to apologise. They also rang to check up to see if my new pizza was okay for me. Very good customer service and I really appreciate it.
They do good pizza at a decent price, the deals in particular are great if you have a bunch of friends round you want to feed for a night in. Always great service, deliver on time and the one time I've had a drink left behind, they've immediately apologised, owned up to the mistake and sorted it for us there and then. Guy said it was his first time, and I couldn't be happier with how he handled the situation. The people delivering the pizza to you are always friendly, and it doesn't seem like much but you realise how much of a difference it makes to not have to deal with people who seem like they'd rather be anywhere else bringing your food to you!
It's all about those deals when you go to Papa John's. The 20ish pounds delivery orders are worth it. The collection are good for sub ten pounds. Don't order items individually without a deal
Their adverts are really correct, better ingredients do make better pizza.
You will never be disappointed with a pizza from here, it’s like being in Italy.

First time using and had a great first impression. Fast delivery and lovely delivery driver. The food was also amazing and got 50% off. Will defiantly be back!!!
I ordered a medium stuffed crust half greek/tomato&cheese pizza. It came within the timescale it was promised 30 mins - 45mins 13.05 in pounds,at and it was extra cheesy and hot and delicious! Especially fasting as part of ramathaan, it was a welcome order. Only downside is the change upon payment wasnt spot on (had to rummage around as driver couldnt provide it) otherwise all was well.
Really tasty pizzas and sides. They were delivered very quickly. I used the Papa John's application to get the discount.

We instantly had flash backs to eating takeaway pizza in America - I'm super fussy with Pizza, this was good. - Recommend a Thin 'Papa Johns favourite- Sausage and Pepperoni (added onion)
