One of best smaller venues I've been to, clean, tidy, sunken floor is great, means the band can be seen, and cheap beer which is a rarity nowadays

First time here, excellent little venue, staff welcoming and professional. Good selection of ale and nice seating areas if you need a sit down.
Really enjoyed this smaller venue.....Will attend again!

Our first time at this venue and it most definitely won't be our last! An intermit feel, the sound/acoustics of the room were excellent. An abundance of craft ale, snacks and food. The staff were all polite and friendly and getting served even at very busy times was no issue. A very popular place, if you love live music and haven't been, I highly recommend checking it out, you won't be disappointed.

Was my first visit here to see Flock of seagulls. It's much smaller than I imagined but nothing wrong with that, the sound quality was excellent. Room has a shallow but wide standing area, some seats around the back walls, with a large bar down one side and another bar in a separate lounge area. Plenty of seating outside too.

Great little venue for gigs. Quite an intimate setting, as the place is not too big, but has an excellent vibe.
Also, the prices for drinks are quite fair.

Excellent venue, a great size and layout so there's always a good view and you're close to the action. Sound has always been spot on. Already well on it's way to 5 stars and you get a decent range of reasonably priced beer to boot.

Watched Roisin Murphy here and thegig was amazing. The venue itself has a working men's club look and feel which adds to the cool factor of gigs there.

Excellent venue for a brilliant gig. Great sound. Reasonably priced drinks and polite staff. Highly recommend

Excellent music venue in Leeds. The auditorium is tiered so wherever you stand you have a decent view. The acoustics were very good and the sound was crisp and clear. Reasonably priced drinks. Large outside seating area.

First visit, I came to see Mclusky. Always been put off by the distance from the station & the chance of making the last train. Sadly, my fear was justified as the taxi took so long to arrive I missed my train by seconds. £60 further taxi fare home so an expensive gig…
Having got that off my chest, it is a good venue, good choice of beer, good atmosphere, sound & lighting. Friendly & helpful staff & a good atmosphere.
I’ll really want to see a band desperately before I go again though.
