Springwell - North Brewing Co

I've recently started with the monthly beer subscription and I was absolutely loving it, ran into a slightly issue with a delivery. And customer service is where you find out whether a company is bad and or good, and North Brewing excelled in their customer service. After me sending a email, I got a almost instant honest reply and a resolution within a day. It was absolutely top notch service, Rosie in customer service was a please to deal with. Left me feeling like a valued customer. 10/10 well done

We chose Springwell for our wedding party and we couldn’t have wished for better! My husband(!) took me here for a brewery tour on my birthday and we fell in love with the venue. We booked them the second we heard they did events! Two weeks before the big day, I had a phone call from Gabby, who told us she was going to be looking after our wedding. She helped us to plan the space in meticulous detail with boundless enthusiasm and I knew we’d be in great hands. On the night, I didn’t even have to order a drink at the bar, she made sure to replace my drink as soon it was low - I felt like a celebrity! The bar staff on the night were amazing and so friendly too. We couldn’t have wished for better. All we’ve talked about since is when we’ll be planning our next party here! Springwell is a fabulous craft beer location run and owned by North Brewing Co, which is on the same location and on a rough guess has over 20 taps on at any one time, i didn't see any cask. I was lucky enough when i went to enjoy the beer festival that was on with some of the countries leading breweries pouring including Cloudwater, Queer Brewing, Duration and many more. A very pleasant place that is well worth a visit.

First visit to the new brewery. The tap room is nice and although we didn’t do the brewery tour, we did do one at the old brewery which was great. Beer and food was great. Only issue is that it was pretty cold in there. One of the staff said the heating was in full!!! They might need a new heating system then 😅

So happy we could finally make it to Springwell. We went for an early lunch and a hope for a couple of brews. We were not disappointed. The staff were really friendly, and even whipped up a Bloody Mary when we asked! The beer selection is extensive. And the Bao's were as delectable as ever. My partner ordered a bacon burger and was not disappointed. The location is stunning. Even indoors, because of the high ceilings, you feel like you're sitting somewhere airy and safe. There's also merch available on site which will fully treated ourselves to. We will definitely be going back for more.
