Decent coffee shop with a good selection of hot and cold drinks, cakes, snacks and sandwiches.
There is a number of tables on ground floor and also on 1st floor via 2 flight staircase. Comfortable arm chairs.
Rather slow service with a large queue but it was office lunch hour so to be expected.

Great staff. Quite fast at getting your order ready. Has plenty of sockets too which is great if you want to work or study there. Has vegan and vegetarian options!! In a good location right in the city centre and next to a Tesco. Has upstairs seating and outdoor seating, too! Probably my favourite caffe nero of the ones in the city centre.

Me favourite coffee shop in Leeds City Centre. What amazing customer service , they always have a smile on their faces , very warm welcome . And the best soya latte in town !!!

Great service, great atmosphere and amazing tasting coffee. There isn't much else you would want from a coffee shop. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a coffee or snack.

Superb staff who have create a friendly and inviting place. They seem to have lots of regulars and they know instantly what they would are going to order. A big chain run like an independent. Impressive.

Comfortable good service and Nero coffee is a little bit better than the competition. I took two homeless guys in here for coffees and food. I am always impressed when service is curteous regardless of the customers appearance. Tables and chairs outside are best in Summer. Not a real criticism but in winter select a table far away from the door as there can be a cold draught as people enter and leave.

I go to coffee shops way more than I should but this one is definitely my favourite of all of them in leeds. The seating around the corner on the left is great for a group of people. The loos could be much nicer though.

My favourite spot for afternoon coffee. Regularly go for a quiet drink after shopping. However the toilet facilities and the occasional lack of spacious seating do let it down a little.

I'm a big fan of cafe Nero, I frequent different branches often. Staff alwAys great, Mary today was super. Having a problem to deal with involving someone. She dealt with it calmly and professionally. Due to this our food was delayed, she couldn't have apologised more. Checking more than once if we needed anything. This one is one of my particular favourites. No one makes coffee like Nero.
So pleased also that the have started doing panninnis without any kinds of cheese, I can now enjoy sandwich with. My coffee.
