Really nice place, the staff are lovely! Was outside early one morning waiting for a coach and Vicky let me inside and offered me a drink just as she opened to keep me warm. Best Starbucks inside Leeds, definitely.

I go in here most days before work. Yesterday (27.2.20.) a VERY rude, bad mannered young woman was shouting at staff for getting her order wrong. The 2 staff at the counter (one called Rose) were amazing with her. So polite and apologetic and offered to correct the mistake. They didn't deserve to be treated that way just because someone was in a bad mood. Well done ladies!!

Like to go here for a quick drink after going round somewhere where ever been. Sit and relax and have a Coffee or Tea and bun for a treat. Staff friendly and helpful. Sometimes hard to get a seat, people use it as a meeting place to chit chat with friends etc, which isnt wrong, but the cafe area is sometimes very small, however, it accommodates the people who need food and drink.
Overall I enjoy going in Starbucks.

Really great atmosphere at this Starbucks, thanks to the architecture. Unfortunately it loses a star due to the quality of the drinks varying. The picture I've submitted is of a good day. They are never bad, but not always at their best.

I visit this Starbucks regularly and its staff really make it one of the best. They're always really friendly, they make the effort to remember their regulars' name, they're fast. Good opening hours. They offer deals but aren't too pushy. I honestly don't have a negative to give. Highly recommend.

Great service, friendly staff and tasty snacks. Wasn't too busy but wasn't dead. Very clean establishment. Restrooms are clean and kept up with. Good location.
