We went today at 2:45 and we had a lovely time we have been 3 times now and still come back, good variety of food, had the loveliest server who was very sweet, not sure what his name was but was wearing a red bow tie with a white shirt and very tall, not sure if he’s been very long as he was little confused about our table number being 20 and not number 1 which we agreed our table should be number 1 lol but he really was kind hearted and we will keep coming back to sakku.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Unlimited sushi, bento 🍱 box, gyozi, noodles and much more. Drinks you buy separately from the food price but you can take free of charge tap water. Incredible design with the flowers and lights all over. Once you made an order it takes about 10-20 mins to come. Table is for up to 2 hours but it’s enough to get full.

Hit and miss for service, giving a generous 4* review as we came for the lunch offer which is fantastic for value The let down was service Sat down at the table before my friend came... No menu, no tablet no staff asking if I would like a drink whilst I waited After we ordered the first round we realised you had to order your wasabi and ginger as one of your quotas. So we put the order in straight away for wasabi and ginger. Most of our meal was sushi... Wasabi never came 😞 we thought it would make an appearance on the plate with our sushi Whilst we was told we had 90 minutes, the speed of the food came out was slow, and pushed us to our 2 hour parking. I requested the bill, after 10 minutes I had to chase it up...When i enquired if the service charge was taxed I don't think he understood as he replied It's added to all the bills. I asked them to remove it and gave a cash tip instead. I understand you was nearly full capacity today, so I can understand it was busy Wouldn't put me off from coming back though and the offer is fantastic

Food is exactly as you'd expect from a buffet style Japanese food, not amazing but also not terrible, better than most places. Lunch menu price is pretty good, only missing a few things, such as fried meat plates, sashimi and a few other things that aren't showing on the lunch menu. There is a built in time limit for order 1hr30mins, which is pretty reasonable, as if you order quickly and eat as quick, you won't even get close to that. All food is ordered via a tablet, pictures available for 90% of the dishes with explanations of what is in it, as well as being able to increase the spiciness level. Only issue I was met with was the waiting for certain foods, sushi took, what felt like, forever to come out but the fried goods bridged the gap between, so order some sushi and fried goods to keep you going. Overall pretty good experience, the food was pretty tasty with the highlight being the deep fried squid.
