I must say, this is my favourite Korean grill in the UK! We live 2 hours away, but I think, we will comeback here again soon 😋😋😋

Staff are absolutely lovely! The food was not particularly to my taste, especially the meat for the BBQ but it definitely wasn't lacking in flavour. The side dishes that you serve yourself were a little cold, but still, nice flavours. Will happily try again.

Great service and good food: choice of pork, beef, chicken, and prawns/squid.
Tables for max 4 only.
Side dishes from the buffet are amazing.
Unfortunately, we couldn't have Korean beer - not available on the day we visited.

When I'm travelling on business I get my kids to pick where I eat... they went for the HAMA Korean BBQ Buffet, which was definitely a new experience for me.
From the start I'll acknowledge that as I don't eat meat (but do eat seafood) I walked in knowing that I wasn't really the target demographic for a BBQ. However, I was really well looked after by the staff, and enjoyed my meal.
You get a table and a hot plate BBQ to cook your food on, and then you are able to select what you want. As a non-meat eater I got some king prawns (with shell on) and squid, as well as some mushroom slices and bits of chilli to cook up. You can add some basic sauce as well (chilli and soy?) which was nice.
While you wait for your dinner to cook you can also eat some pre-prepared hot and cold food. From the hot food I had some tofu (which was nice, in a spicy soup) and some cooked rice cakes in a tomato sauce as well as some cooked vegetable noodles etc. I also had some sushi and salads from the cold buffet.
For me the highlights were the salads - the kimchi and variants on that were really new flavours for me, and went really well with the prawns and squid I cooked up.
There is a point you wonder if you are just cooking your dinner rather than enjoying the experience... and I am sure with friends it would have been even better. The couple near me were definitely enjoying themselves and there were lots of other groups cooking up masses of meat!
I'll be honest - if I didn't eat seafood I would have been disappointed with the experience. There is no vegetarian BBQ option which I felt could have been provided, and because the sauce variation was mixed with the meat, the prawns felt a bit plain in the end. The number of vegetarian dishes on the other buffets was a bit low, and they were very much side dishes.
However, I do completely recommend the experience and the food was excellent. I felt that the price was fair for what was on offer, and would have been excellent if I wasn't so selective about what I ate.
Thanks to the staff - I had a good time and hope others read this and take the chance to try something new.

I think we timed it unfortunately as it seemed a few things needed refilling so some of it wasn't hot just warm. But the flavours were really amazing and the staff just lovely. I like spicy food but not too spicy and I feel like it was such a good balance. It's a nice experience with a decent variety of dishes. The toilets were very clean and modern too which I liked. One of the staff brought us some grape and apple shots at the end of our meal too which was really lovely and appreciated. Thank you so much, I hope to come back some time!

Lovely cook-your-own meat place. The food is great (I'd honestly come for just the marinated beef!) And the staff have all been lovely when we've been in the past. Owner is lovely and remembers his customers.
Little pricey at £28 per head+drinks but well worth at least one visit and of course it's a buffet so grab as much as you'd like.
Only problem is parking but the same could be said about anywhere in Leeds city centre.

A full five star for the great food, great service from Mr. Choi. The quality of the beef and pork are just incredible. I had the pork belly, pork shoulder but the best ever is the La Galbi! :) I we were late and despite that he still welcomed us and served us past 10.30! Wonderful!

Came here for date night & so glad I did!
YUMMY FOOD. I recommend the marinated beef, chicken, and succulent prawns. They have seasonal vegetables, fried rice, and other Korean cuisine set out buffet style.
Garlic Mayo chicken, spicy rice cakes, and hot chicken wings are must-have items in the hot section.
We arrived an hour before closing and they were still kind and helpful. I will most certainly return.

Superb Korean bbq in Leeds! All the staffs were very nice and professional. The quality of food was also amazing. Although it is buffet, all the dishes were super delicious and bbq reminds me the taste of Korea. There were various types of Korean dishes that you could experience. 100% sure it is the best Korean restaurant in Leeds.

Good selection of meats for the grill and banchan. The marinated pork belly was delicious. I didn't really go for the cooked dishes as they looked a little bit dried up under the lights when we came in at 4pm. We stayed for 2hrs came out full and satisfied.
