Would have given 5 stars but they mess about too much. Instead of each member of staff serving a customer they serve customers between them so they spend more time stood waiting than they spend actually serving customers..
They've become more like doctors receptionists and thinking they're better than the customers they're serving.....

We work for the leeds city Council and we use a lot of greggs all over leeds but this group of girls are the best out of all the groups in the county bar none, armley Town Street greggs is just great service. All the best Danny & Sally cinnamon xxx

Excellent customer service shout out to Lauren who after days of me coming in after all the pizza slices had run out offered to reserve one for me and when I picked it up she boxed it into a dessert box instead of the usual paper packaging so that the cheese wouldn't come off

Gregg's is always a good place to visit. They have a small but cozy seating area. Coffee comes in a variety of sizes and style. Sandwiches are always tasty 😋. They have a good selection of cake and hot pasties and pizza slices. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.

Always very friendly, lovely clean store with quite a lot of seating and space available, good positioning for commuting between Leeds and Bradford from the Wortley/Armley area, often bob in for a coffee on my way to work.
