Food served was cold and also no proper usage of tongs..the guy used same tongs for different sandwiches I ordered cheese and onion and he picked tongs from bacon sandiwich and used that very confidently service used today between 6.45and 7pm cameras can be checked to verify.

Really not sure how Greggs dare put there name to this place. I wouldn't be surprised if every single customer here doesn't get put of Greggs for life. The breakfast sandwiches are like something served in WW2 and the coffee shouldn't be legal served as coffee. Absolutely do not use.
Staff aren't the most pleasant people and very tight with the ketchup one little dollop Not impressed Bread bun was dry

To get served takes ages, 2-3 staff out back and 1 front, doesn't look like he wants to be there. In the highly unlikely event you get served in unless than 10 mins, your food will still be cold
The guy took my coffee and threw it in the sink in front of me because he said my app wasn't working. It was. It was the 02 priority app that I could only use once per month. I couldn't believe it. He was so rude.
Popped in on Friday lunchtime for a cheeky steak bake and sausage roll. Both were cold to touch. I thought hot food was supposed to be kept at temperature?
