I found Bread and Batter after walking out of the chip shop in the town square, due to the rude staff loudly talking about the customers, I thought I was going to just get a portion of chips when I found Bread and Batter, what I got was something else entirely. They serve literally the best chips I've had in my life (except my Mother's) double cooked chips and a ridiculously reasonable and fair price, yhe venue is delightful and contemporary and the staff are most friendly and attentive. I look forward to going back when I'm getting more than just an afternoon snack, and can sample more of their menu

Salmon + Crayfish Ravioli... yummy. Nice and chilled. Just the right place for a can't be bothers to cook Friday night. We will return.

Over night stay at premier inn made so much better for a visit here.. Salmon & crayfish ravioli , chicken sewers , scampi all dishes really tasty and great service.. Would definitely visit again.👍
