One of my favourite places. The food, ambience everything is good. Can't really complain about anything.
Do try their ramen and your heart will be full along with your appetite
One of my favourite food chain. Love the Japanese food over here. I loved the Chicken Gyozas, Ebi Katsu and lollipop prawns over here. I loved the Ramen over here ❤️ A must try place
Amazing food, as usual. What really surprises me is that despite such a crowded time, the one's serving you always have the biggest smiles and the ambience is great! Must go for all Asian food lovers!
Was in Leicester for work, so decided to eat at this place as we were out shopping.
Famous for ramen so thought of going for the same.
Wasn't too hungry so wanted a small portion and asked the attendant for suggestions and she happily told me about the small portion of chicken ramen. And the best fresh juice
Order : for 2
Small portion of chicken ramen
Pad Thai - tofu (for vegetarian)
Positive - fresh juice
So the ramen was really good and not at all heavy on my stomach as I wasn't too hungry, little bland but with some chilli, soya sauce addition it was good for my taste buds too.
Loved the veggies with chicken.
Liked the pad Thai noodles as well, though best for the pure vegetarians.
Loved the juice suggested - though she said name doesnt sound very good but the juice does. I agree with her.
Only issue that was faced was we repeatedly asked for tap water/room temperature but we got 3 glasses with ice.
Apart from that I liked the place a lot and it's right there in the shopping mall and u can eat after shopping and relax.
It says free wifi but I couldn't connect in those 30-45mins but no complaints
Food 3.5/5
Drink 3.5/5
Service 3/5 due to the good up in water
Ambience 2.5/5 nothing exceptional
VFM 3/5
Overall experience 3.5/5 solely due to the food and that also reflects in my overall rating of this place
Would I go back - well there r a lot more places to try so I guess I wouldn't....but I would luv to go back
Nice japonese restaurant with great atmosphere. Staff are welcoming and food's good. A little expensive price but the food was delicious. (I was a little disappointed with the green eggs).
It is expensive but quality is good. Your information that a meal for 2 will come to £10 is incorrect. On average with a drink it will come to minimum £15 per person
Came down with a couple of friends on a college trip. Just saw it while passing by and thought we'd enter. Loved the ambiance as it seemed to be set in a very royal old hall with amazing lighting and contemporary Japanese seating all over the place. The server was super duper friendly, funny and made us feel quite welcome. We placed our orders and I called in for the Udon noodles and green tea whereas my friends called for the chicken with Rice (can't remember what it was called) along with some great mocktails. Had a great meal. Would totally recommend it.
Decided to come here after reading the reviews and I'm definitely coming back.
The food is 10/10..
The service is 10/10, the person that attended to us was just really helpful with the menu and patient to help figure out what we want.
I love the busy and loud atmosphere.
I'm definitely coming back..
Visited today for the 1st time and now I'm asking myself why I've never been before. Food was lovely and so many more dishes I want to try and will be returning for. Service was great. Didn't get the waiters name but he couldn't be any more helpful. Offering advice and recommendations and definitely knew what he was talking about. Can't wait to visit again
Ate here solo on for a work trip and felt comfortable. Food was up to usual wagamamas standard, the only criticism was the chilli squid was a bit cold and arrived about 20 mins after my yakisoba, by which time I wasn't very hungry for it. Good service otherwise.
Great place to eat. The food was good, a bit of a lottery closing as it was the first time there. As it was busy, it was loud. The service was let down by the QR code payment. Call me old-fashioned,
Overall, i would recommend
Okay spot. Ate here both in and takeaway via a delivery service, and both time consistent and atypical with a chain restaurant.
The restaurant is pretty cool, with service nothing to write home about.
The food has always been great, though as with all chains, not the kinda spot you take someone from out of town to.
Their Pad Thai is a bit bland when compared to a family owned joint, but that said, it’s not bad at all though the slice of lemon gives more flavour than their recipe.
I’d def eat here again and will, but it’s your standard chain so if you’re looking for authentic and something with flair, this might not be your spot.
Chris, our waiter was amazing, so cheerful and chatty. Food was spot on. Made it a lovely lunch experience.
Lovely food and helpful staff, slight hiccup with some food but quickly recovered by the waiter.
Had a lovely chilli chicken ramen here today. Not only did it look beautiful but my gosh is TASTED incredible. Thank you to my server Joe for recommending the dish, and to Chef Loki for cooking it. Best wagamama ever
Had an absolutely brilliant experience, my waiter was called Chris and he was extremely friendly and polite! I absolutely would come back here, the food is absolutely amazing too!
Visited our most local Wagamama over the weekend. As it was a Saturday it was quite busy and there was a 10 minute wait to get in, but the food is pretty good, so worth the wait. They definitely don't skimp on flavour in this place! The menu has something for everyone and there are loads of vegan options too if you are that way inclined. Also LOVE that the toilets are gender neutral too - big points for that. The whole meal was an enjoyable experience, although the service (especially after the meal) was very slow and we ended up waiting 30-40 minutes to get "our" waiter's attention to get the bill. I'll definitely go back though, and if you haven't been yet, you should go for your debut katsu curry experience!
