Awesome food here. There twist on Indian cuisine with East African home cooking fusion. Their portions and taste of flavours are really good and reasonably priced. You won't be disappointed. If you fancy a change, then it's a good shout. It's a family business, but they believe in quality than quant
Visited this wonderful hidden gem situated near to the King Power Stadium with 2 friends and experienced from start to finish, service and food of the highest standard given that the restaurant is a family ran business and pretentiousness is certainly not on the menu. With a laid back, homely atmosp
Came on a recommendation. Friendly family vibe, the best pickle tray ever and my new favourite curry - Kuku Machoosi. Gutted I live in Manchester.
What a great find. This is a tiny venue, with an intimate atmosphere but without feeling cramped or rushed. The food is highly flavoured and in an individual, not caricatured way. Service is friendly, prompt, helpful, personable. So happy to have eaten here
We went on Sunday evening and were made very welcome. The waiter was a family member who was friendly and very helpful. We had a mixed shared starter and 2 lamb African dishes. The food was fantastic. The level of spices just what we asked for and the lamb soft and tasty. The meals were huge. This r
undoubtedly the best Indian food in the UK, Thank you Monish and team ❤️
I looked for a restaurant close to the King Power stadium and found a good review of Teli’s, so chanced it. It was one of the very best meals l have had in a long time. The curries were well spiced with tender meat and great naan breads. The welcome and service were very friendly… you felt like one
Great service and nice food. There is a sign at the entrance saying that an oil with genetically modified soya is being used. I really appreciate that this business is honest with letting the customer know of the ingredients used. May I suggest to change the oil being used to one that isn’t geneti
Great Friday evening meal. Food was outstanding, service excellent and portions huge. Nice family run business - even gave us a free shot at the end. Will be back.

We were in Leicester and wanted to eat at an Indian restaurant .Never been here before .We were pleasantly surprised .The family who run this place are so down to earth and really friendly .There were 3 of us and we are all fussy eaters , but this was no problem for Manish and the team .They were so
I’ve travelled the World trying different restaurants searching for best food and outstanding hospitality. But sometimes it’s actually just on your door step! This restaurant is grounded, and down to earth. Forget Michelin stars pompous facade. The food and service at Telis is without doubt up there
Very friendly atmosphere. Food is delicious and very cheap. Highly recommended.
Had an amazing experience here! Food was delicious and flavourful and well worth the price! The owners (I assume) were so patient in answering all our questions and very attentive to our table. Made the night that much better. Will definitely have to come back once I’m in Leicester again 👍🏼
I had some amazing food at Teli's, unfortunately I only have a picture of the sizzler but the mains were also amazing. The service that they provide is second to none and the food tastes fab. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who love the authentic Indian taste. Please visit you
