Amazing place with great snack food and hot drinks. Nothing like a morning egg wrap with a karak coffee. Excellent service all round. Can't recommend enough.
Its a must for my 7 yr old who goes for Butter Chicken Roti and Khadak Chaai, whilst the others enjoy the full desi breakfast.........must visit but not for everyone......
My first time having chai in Leicester, and I think it's great that this place is so welcoming and they offer a little sample to taste. And what a taste! Absolutely loved every single sip!
Visited the area for an event and needed a coffee after a long drive on a Sunday morning. This was the only place that was open early and once inside, I decided to actually get the “Desi Breakfast”. Service by the young girl serving was efficient, informative and polite. The breakfast was tasty, hot and a great price. The Karak Coffee was hot, sweet and hit the spot. First time visiting a Chaiiwalla but would definitely return based on this experience.
Always enjoy a Chaiwala and it was more of the same here. A great location, especially after moving a few doors down to much more spacious setting. Now you can really sit and enjoy, you could spend all day there if you want to.
The only reason I have docked a star is that at times there can be a bit of a wait. Which isn't the fault of the staff, they are sometimes outnumbered.
Good tea, nice warm loaded donuts and great service.
My favourite spot! The only place who does the best karak coffee👌 it's my go to. So I was suppose to go for a fancy dinner with my friend and last min we decided we actually fancy some chaiiwala 😂 this place gives you cravings!!!
Amazing staff. Sometimes they may be forgetful with the orders sue due to less staffing. Food is great. Karak chai, pani puri is amazing. Lots of memories when Abu was there brings a lot of emotions definitely recommend
I’ve been a long time customer at Chaiwala, particularly this store and it’s been my go to place. Last year the quality started to drop but I fed back to the manager Mohin who was quick to rectify the issues and go above and beyond to help out. Since then I’ve seen a great improvement to the quality of food and service, particularly on Deliveroo.
Always a nice place to come, the interior decor is lovely if you want to sit in, staff are friendly and service is usually prompt.
It’s *the* place to get karak chai that feels like home! Chaiiwala never misses ☕️

(Bit hard to find to parking as the road is full of restaurants and other hidden gems - but this is more of an FYI)
Visited in the morning weekday, quiet, tidy and good polite service. Ordered the desi breakfast with a few additions. The order arrived in good time and was nice and hot. Prices seems to have gone up so 4 stars instead of 5.
