A very nice place to try Kurdish/Turkish cuisine. Nawashif (Lamb) is a must try. They are quite hospitable & served complementary lentil soup, mezes before meal and Turkish tea afterwards as well.

It’s a meat feast served for 4 people. Pretty decent dish but I found it a bit expensive. (Dish name - Special to share - Platter)

We got the grape leaves, chicken and meat shawarma wrap. They started by serving lentil soup that was delicious. They most probably served canned stuffed grape leaves that were not good. The shawarma wraps were fine. Edit: I went back another time for the lentil soup and my husband couldn’t resist the smell of the grilled meats. We ordered mixed grill platter, lentil soup and hummus. The staff were incredibly nice despite us coming close to their closing time and the mixed grill was really good and juicy. I wouldn’t advise eating their shawarma but definitely worth going for the grilled foods and lentil soup

Great value, generous portions. My meat was cooked perfectly. The mezze plate was delicious.

We had gone to this place with our friends and the food didn’t disappoint. There is a lot of competition for Turkish food in Leicester but this place stands out for value for money and good service. The mix platter was well cooked, tasty and all the dips were really good - we had a leftovers the next day. Minus one star for cleanliness (we had more food under our table than on it!) and the lemonade was really sharp.

Great find. Not local to the area. Was intending to go to Nandos but didn't make it! Smelt delicious from outside and was not disappointed when we went in. Better to support a local business. Well worth a visit.
