The carvery is amazing all the time, as well the deserts. But to fill to finish the dessert 😂 Went there today and Gordon was setting our table. Very friendly and professional service from him. Many thanks mate!
Came with the Mrs for carvery as we were long overdue a date night and we weren’t disappointed! Ultimate Coca Cola, enormous carvery and choccy fudge cake bigger than my head was just what she needed (happy wife happy life) and the staff were delightful - super friendly and not afraid to have a laugh with you! Thanks Gordon and Sheryl for being the cherry on top 🥰
Food was great. Whole family enjoyed it. Think the team need a little refresher on customer service. Carvery chef never spoke a word to any of us. Bartender who took our order was non communicative and put our carvery tickets in a puddle of beer on the bar!! Waitress awkwardly approached us to ask if our meal was okay. And then just walked off when we said yeh it’s great. Not a smile or hint of acknowledgment. Over all I would revisit for the great food. But the atmosphere wasn’t fab.
