Mustafa went above and beyond for an additional order we had to put through last minute for a work event. Went out of his way to deliver the first order himself and kept me updated on the second order via messages. One of the nicest and dedicated Pret employees I’ve come by. I came here for the first time with slight hesitation as there's alot of coffee shops nearby. With the good vibe I got from walking past this place made me want to go inside and also seeing the word Organic too! I was served by a lovely young girl called Jeeya. She came across very polite,friendly,very warming/welcoming, very bubbly with a beautiful smile! I have to give her one that for her age she has amazing personality and very good people skill! She served me to a very high standard and after my experience I've now decided that I will be returning to this coffee shop again in the near future with family and friends that I will also be recommending.

Super chilled in here and really friendly staff who were kind even when I asked where the straws were even though they were literally right in front of me haha. Came here to chill for a bit with a drink before heading out to some comedy and was pretty chilled and comfortable. I ordered an iced mocha which was lovely.

I was over the moon when this pret reopened. It is my default choice to have a coffee/ lunch if I can’t decide where else to go because I know it’s not going to disappoint. Seating is ample here and the ambience is perfect!

Nice spot in city centre to enjoy a cup of coffee & a bite. They have a wonderful selection of food and most of them super healthy!
I love sitting by the window with my laptop to get some work done & people-watch, haha — it’s so therapeutic!

it was closed for a long time. I wanted to try cinnamon danish when it opened, I liked it very well. The coffee is also pleasant, the place is very pleasant, when you enter, it is a spacious and uncomplicated space.
