After the change of management it was generally good.
We checked with the waiter to see if the food was ready and if we could cancel it because we had waited for a long time. after 15-20 minutes had not one respond…?
so we just ready to paid and leave, but then the cashier immediately said that the food was already served! …!?
We were so frustrated because we had told them about the cancellation but they hadn't! In the end we had to pay and take away! I hope the management can allocate the efficiency properly! See you next time! X
My absolute favourite place to have dim sum! I come here quite often, I absolutely recommend this place. The food is brilliant and the service is quite good too.
Absolutely delicious. Had the satay skewers to start and cantonese beef for main and couldn't fault anything. One of the best, succulent Chinese meals i’ve had in a long time, would 100% recommend.
This is the first time visit after their name changed. I know this restaurant since 2014. Now everything is changed inside, but the food is still the same.

Clean and nice Chinese restaurant, with excellent service and delicious food! There was no alcohol but that was not an issue for us and had a blast.
Food was really nice and the price is not too bad as the serving was big. In addition, staff are very helpful as we came in but they are still on breaktime but they still let us come in and sit while waiting for operating hours. I highly recomment this Chinese Restaurant if you’re around Leicester City Centre.
Amazing food, very good value for money. The portions were huge. The food was extremely fresh and tasty. I especially recommend the sizzling dishes. The restaurant has a very homely feel, like you're in China. The staff was so helpful and friendly.
My husband and I had a wonderful dinner here. The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly. We’ll definitely be going back. It’s casual dining, for couples, friends and families. Our focus was to have a traditional/typical Chinese dining experience and especially to find delicious dim sum, we were not disappointed! The menu was extensive, so, lots of choice.

I've been walking past Shanghai Moon for years, finally curiosity got the better of me and I decided to try this restaurant. Safe to say I was not dissapointed.
Truly amazing cuisine, with genuinely authentic chinese dishes. With a quiet, intimate setting, my partner and I loved it. Staff were prompt also, serving us drinks and food quickly and efficiently.
When dining with a companion, I highly recommend the Shanghai banquet for two, it is three delicious courses of food made for sharing, and a truly wonderful delight for your taste buds.
