New and improved Zaika (Chamelee) Under new management is a nice environment, only ever having takeaway from there I can only comment on that.
Staff are friendly and the food is very nice indeed.
Have been there twice now since the new management and I am pleased to say they are providing very nice food.

Absolutely fantastic, I am a big curry fan and this is by far one of the nicest restaurants I have eaten at, great service, good quality meat, lots of flavour and a comfortable and relaxing environment

Decor is very tired with paint peeling off the walls. The music was OK but not traditional Indian. The older waiter was very grumpy but the younger guy was super-friendly, attentive and had a smile for everyone. Most dishes were tasty. There seems to be a lot of unnecessary red food coloring in lots of dishes. They seemed keen to make sure everything was OK and happy to replace dishes we didn't like. On the whole I feel positive about the place but maybe the owner has become complacent and it needs a bit of investment. The chef needs to up his game. It falls a bit short of it's potential. Its OK but it could be great.
