I recently ordered delivery and I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the pizza and the efficiency of their delivery service.
Firstly, the pizza itself was fantastic. Despite being delivered, it arrived piping hot and fresh, with all the toppings perfectly intact. The crust was just the right balance of crispy and chewy, and the cheese was beautifully melted.

I paid 7.99 for a large pizza collection only and it was well worth it.
A few times I've tried to take advantage of deals that I get text to my phone but they never give you what the offer is on the text so I rang the shop and they're useless no help and today when I was in the shop ordering my £7.99 pizza it was obvious that the people who work there have no people skills whatsoever they look at you with blank faces when you order I don't think they speak very good English to be fair but if that's the case why have them taking orders ?

After a negative experience, we decided to give Papa Johns another try over the past few weeks and I have to say the service has been spot on. The pizza has been delicious and the customer service from Miss. Patel is outstanding. She is very friendly, helpful, accommodating and polite. We will continue to use Papa Johns as long as the pizza and people remain good! Thank you guys!
