First time going here for shisha.
The vibes were lit, the staff were very friendly & the food was delicious, the shisha quality was great. The lounge overall was really nice so was the whole atmosphere plus the music.šš½

Top tier place to go in Birmingham!! Great atmosphere, amazing decorā¦ excellent service and hospitality. Besides the top class Shisha they offer, The food is 10/10 as well as their mocktails ( I recommend all). They also do the best karak chaii youāll find!! Immaculate vibes inside from the music all the way down to the designā¦ THEY HAVE SUPERCARS ON SHOW FOR DECORATION ! Not your average lounge!!!!

Words canāt do this place justice, such a beautiful lounge in the heart of Birmingham. As soon as you come up then stairs itās like your transported into a different world. The shisha is 10/10 so smooth and flavoursome. The staff go above and beyond to meet all your needs which is very rare and the desserts and mocktails are delicious too! Best vibes and lounge hands down in Birmingham.
Best hookah I ever had in England. Didnāt expect it to be that good and long lasting. Price is on the high end for sure but you also get quality and it lasted longer than we stayed. Food is good too.
Visited this lounge yesterday, and could not be happier with the experience. Extremely professional and attentive staff, shisha is 10/10 and food was mouth watering. I canāt wait to visit again! Well done to everyone involved š
Food is amazing the chicken steak, cooked to perfection, the loaded fries is served with nacho cheese which was yummy, the smash burger was delicious. The place was very nice and cosy, could chill there for hours with friends/partners they play good music, and serve some amazing shisha, the emperors special is very nice.
Service is always 10/10 and they serve some amazing mojitos and desserts.
Great night at Emperors as always, staff definitely are some of the best in Birmingham shisha lounge scene. They have my loyalty and respect! 10/10.
