I was surprised by how amazing my visit at frankie and Benny’s turned out. Went over with my partner and my little brother which to our surprise there is a kids eat free this week and that allowed is to save some money. Incredibly helpful lady with white lashes took care of us and even after seeing how rushed she was our experience was amazing and manager seemd to have everything under control and how stable situation looked like. I tried calamari for the first time too and I will be coming back so so so sooooon 🩷

I came in yesterday for a meal on my birthday and the food was great. The service was a positive experience. The reason I decided to give this a top review was because the restaurant showed me a fantastic gesture by surprising me with a lovely dessert and few candles for good measure. A wonderful act of kindness.

Huge props to Natalia the waitress who provided absolutely brilliant service and was the only person working hard on the floor to give everyone a good experience… she was amazing!!! However I will not commend those who stood at the bar talking and letting Natalia do all of the work… these guys would proceed to laugh at customers and not help in any way… hopefully Natalia see’s this review as she is the only reason I’m rating highly on this place :) we booked at 6pm on Friday the 8th of March 2024 if anyone is interested :)

Staff are always so friendly and helpful in the Leicester Highcross branch. I’ll pop into grab a takeaway whilst I’m on my lunch creak from work, the service is always efficient. The food is always hot and tasty, the gluten free menu is fab. Today I had the gf barbecue pizza and it’s amazing, I asked for it to be cooked well done and they did (yum) Thanks for the great service

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon, wasn’t packed at all so we managed to get straight in for a table without booking (no flight this changes at peak times). Gave us a few minutes before coming to ask for our order and they were really helpful, I’m a bit awkward with my order as I just wanted a plain chicken burger without paying the larger price of one of the chicken burgers with everything and they were very accommodating! They also let us order a side to come out alongside a main. The food wait time was around 15-20mins but everything was delicious. Juicy chicken burger and tasty calamari and for my bf he highly enjoyed the bbq brisket fries and would defo recommend them! Staff was incredibly friendly, would return here again for sure!!

Came in here earlier, the food service was excellent came on time with no issues. Was served by the loveliest young lady Angelika, who greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and was pleased with her table service. She made sure everything was okay with our table and kept checking on us. Overall great experience and will definitely come back
