Usually don't have a problem here and service is fairly quick. However, on one occasion we placed a drive thru order on the app, only to discover that the drive thru was actually closed (this wasn't displayed on the app). On another occasion, we placed an order to collect from inside on the app, only to discover that they were closed completely despite there still being staff inside working and they were still displayed as being open on the app.

This McDonald's is one of the busiest I thinnnive ever been to. However, the staff have always done well to serve food quickly, correctly, and as described.
Atmosphere is not the most welcoming as I've always been there when it had been filled with rather obnoxious teenagers and food delivery persons who seem to always put themselves in awkward places. I personally wouldn't eat in. I have used the drive-through as well, and this has always been just as quick and correct as the at till service.
