Food is cold sometimes but remade for you, to many people begging outside the doors just looks a mess, no disrespect meant to the homeless obviously though

Pretty standard McDonald's food and service. No problem. I just wouldn't expect them to put the sauces you order in your bag though. Almost seems part of the training to not include them.
Foods good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Only problem is it is the busiest McDonald's in Leicester. Queuing to wait for food is long, massive wait for your meal can take ages, so go in there at quieter times.
I do love a McDonald's, I prefer Boumont Lea's as it's not so active as this one but still enjoyed our meal 👍

Went to McDonald’s with my 2 young sons. Customer care assistant lady called Cancal/Chancal who works Saturdays and Sundays was so lovely and helpful! Made the in-dining experience 5 star ⭐️ food was good, service was quick 😊
