Were very helpful my 2 year old son was in distress and wasn't very happy and other guests were staring ,one of the ladies clara think it was offered him crayons and colouring and they prioritised our order to calm everything down super nice staff

I am from Dubai, but whenever I visit Leicester to meet my sis, we 2 make sure to visit here because we are McDonald lovers.

According to me This is the best Mcdonald in the whole Leicester.

Very busy but my family order arrived on our table quite quickly, fries was hot which is a added bonus. The staff work pretty hard as its very busy.

McDonald's at Eastgates is a convinient place if, for example, after shopping or a long tiring day you wish to have a quick snack or even a meal. The food is presented well as our 3-year-old little Maxi asked for 4 Chicken McNuggets and small fries as he remembered having them before which is a confirmation that he enjoyed it. The service is polite and good. The atmosphere is quite appealing because the tables and walls are decorated with various pictures. However, I wish the tables could be cleaned better as well as the floor. It is also a bit of a noisy environment. We could also hear a man swearing. Thank you for having us. All the best to you!
