Pre COVID and following the easing of COVID lockdown, cleaning of tables and emptying of bins was not often seen.
Waiting for order in store felt prolonged, as you feel drive through and food App orders were being prioritised.
However, after a year of leaving my original review. I can only presume that management must have seen it.
Now the experience in this branch is very different. The tables are clear and wiped down, and bins are being emptied. Have observed some sweeping up of dropped food.
Another local Leicester KFC that was being visited instead of Waterside Road, has let their standards slip. Consequently, I will be now visiting Waterside Road now there have been improvements made.

So grateful as this is Only place in this area open until 11pm on Sundays with in door seating and facilities available.
I mostly order the Mega box meal comes with a pot of gravy £5
The online menu has so many meals I haven't seen before also on the Mobile app as well.

Decent place. I've sat in once and it was fairly empty. The drive-in is always busy although this is not KFC's fault, it's just a popular location. On a few occasions, the vegan burger option was not available and some other items. I think it's also because the location is so popular. Staff have always been nice and friendly!
