The manager was a darling, I was treated badly at a previous costa outlet, and she has changed my view as I bought my girlfriend a hot chocolate drink..to the point where I will always use Costa coffee again..well done you, you put the customer first..and your hot chocolate is delightful..

Costa is my fave take away drinking, must day though considering I only drink 2 drinks from here the consistently is vastly different store to store. That's the reason it's only four stars. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable

Excellent service and very polite staff. I don't normally drink coffee so was confused with which beverage to buy but the manager was patient and explained the best drink for me. Oh the desserts were delicious too. Definitely go back. Thank you

I was supported by the branch manager who stepped in during busy times. Her mannerisms and customer service were outstanding. Especially the way she spoke to my 4yr old and making him feel valued. Caremel latte was on point. Thanks guys.

Huge. Great seating options - inside the cafe or outside. Friendly staff who are really quick with orders and helpful. Clean and smart looking.

Lovely and hard working staff. Always really nice coffee. I just wish the toilets would be cleaner. I understand the staff is always very busy but the toilets are really bad. I find that actually in every Costa I have visited.

I don't normally write reviews but I wish to extend my thanks and thoughts to Costa Coffee in Beaumont Leys. I had taken my elderly mother for her shop on Saturday a couple of weeks back and she can experience anxiety towards strangers. She had known the team previous to this visit. There were new/newer staff on duty but a lady by the name of Sanifa/Safina had provided excellent customer service which allowed her to enjoy her mid-morning tea. Sanifa/Safina had helped her tremedously and went out of her way to make her visit most comfortable. I'm sorry we didn't take down your name but I hope this is enough for management to recognise you. Thank you!
