I went thru the Leicester DD drive thru and ordered a dozen donuts and only got 9 donuts. I called and all they did was give me an attitude and say I can drive all the way back and get 3 free donuts. Ahhhh no Not free I already paid for them. And they where rude refused to give me a managers name and I am a very loyal DD coffee drinker.

I ordered GrubHub to get my coffee because I didn't have any sugar Nor did I have a way to get to dunkins my order was horrible when my coffee came completely incorrect to the point where I spewed it on my mouth at first sip and when I called the assistant manager basically said what do you expect me to do. Needs management retraining

Worst location! The first time they charged me $5 for a Charlie Cold Foam but gave me a plain 99 cent regular bitter iced coffee, I thought it might be an innocent mistake. Sadly no, it keeps happening. They honestly think their customers are stupid and it’s ok to cheat them! I’m done with this location.

Great location!! Unfortunately it is difficult to find a dunkin that can make your coffee 100% accurate every vist (don't ask me why this is so difficult it makes zero sense) however THIS location is spot on EVERY DAY! Amazing personalities from all staff and so friendly! Wish all my day to day stops had this type of team! Keep up the GREAT work everyone!! I'm a loyal customer for life here!
