It was my first visit there. I walked in because I saw some lovely cakes and a lovely atmosphere. Interestingly, none of the cakes has any l price tags on them and the menu on the wall only displays the price of coffees. Coffee prices are very reasonable so how expensive can a slice of cake be? Turns out, a slice of cake 🍰 is £6.95. The till lady also asked if we would like ice cream on our cake, which sounds good. Bam! Another 2.95. Again, we were ordering without any clue of how much things are. We went to sit down upstairs, which was lovely. The environment is giving out beautiful mellow vibes, the piano playlist only complimenting the experience. And I didn't mind too much that it took them 15 mins to bring up one cappuccino and two slices of cake. I think I will be coming back there, purely of the calm vibe it is giving out. I saw people with laptops, I think it's a great place to do important work. However, I am disappointed with the waiting times and with the surprise of the total bill, which I should know before hand that the slice of cake will cost me almost 7 pounds.

**Another day, another delicious cake and drink: Ferrero rocher cake and pistachio hot chocolate. Absolutely delicious as always.** **Update: another great day at this lovely patisserie. Cakes absolutely delicious as always and this time I have tried their Caramel Frappe:I am just amazed how delicious it is,definitely I will try it again. And ladies are so lovely and hepful. Keep it like this ladies. ** See new photos added**. Fancy patisserie 🙂. Looks really nice and clean and I have tried 2 of their cakes which were absolutely delicious and not really sweet as others, which I really liked. You can feel the quality. Really nice white chocolate pistachio!

Fabulous, delicate and interesting cakes that look amazing and taste delicious. The patisserie has a lovely seating area upstairs and the staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. The only difficult part was trying to choose which cake to have 🤣. Highly recommended.

This place is just heavenly! The service is always with a smile and 5* and the cakes are truly the best I’ve tasted. Upstairs is really special with the ambience and decor, perfect place to meet friends, colleagues or just just take 5 on your own. An absolute must visit!!!! Xxx

The moment my teenage daughter and I found out that in Fosse Park (Food Central) a new patisserie would open (in December 2021), we were both very excited and couldn’t wait to give it a visit. We were tired of going to all these traditional Café chains in the city that offer the same drinks and boring food items. I always found that in Leicester there was a lack of unique, creative and first-class pastries. There are 6 things I particularly love about Isha Patisserie: 1) The ambience. It’s very colourful and the flowery design of the interiors makes you stay there longer. Also, the chairs are very comfortable and look posh. 2) The space. It’s very spacious and you can choose where to sit: outside, inside, or upstairs. Upstairs is always our favourite area though. As a customer you know, you will always find a place to sit, that’s reassuring. 3) The food items. There is a wide selection you can choose from (from pastries to tarts and cakes and other sweet goods). They all look mouth-watering, are very creatively and freshly baked, and presented nicely on original rectangular plates. Among our favourites are: chocolate hazelnut praline, pistachio layered cake, mango and passion fruit cake and the fruit tarts. They are soft, sweet, of the right portion, full of flavours and just appetising! And one aspect that customers should not underestimate is the food hygiene rating that a Café has. Isha has a reassuring “5”, something that I pay always attention to when eating out! 4) The drinks. There is again lots of variety (coffees, lattes, hot chocolates, teas, and cool drinks). I love coffee, therefore for me it’s always Macchiato or Cappuccino! However, the hot chocolate and the peach iced tea (particularly refreshing!) are highly recommendable too! The portions are big, they taste delicious and are presented in lovely cups/glasses in an original way. 5) The friendly staff. I still remember... the third time we visited Isha Patisserie, some of the owners remembered my daughter having enjoyed pastries there before. Ever since, we are regular clients, and they always greet us with a smile and some warm welcoming words. Occasionally my daughter even gets a free brownie/cookie. Let’s be honest, every customer wants to feel special, remembered, and welcome, isn’t it? That’s exactly how we feel every time we step into their Café. 6) The take-away box. You might think the design of a box is unimportant, but it does make a difference. When we take pastries as a take-away, I can see how my daughter holds the box with pride. It’s eye-catching and not just one of those plain white or boring brown cake boxes that you get elsewhere. And if you want to surprise your loved ones or friends with some pastries, it looks lovely when gifting it. Some people might argue that Isha’s items might be a bit pricey. Well, consider that the pastries and drinks you order are tasty, that the surrounding ambience is posh, that staff is quick and kind in serving you, that you spend quality time with people you appreciate and create moments you will remember. The interiors are indeed so lovely that you can’t leave that place without taking some pictures! I would definitely recommend this patisserie to everyone who wants to try something new. Well done and a BIG THANKS to Isha Patisserie for enriching Leicester with some more uniqueness! Looking forward to more visits in the future.

This place looks beautiful and really is. It felt a love time and effort has been put into this place. The desserts look delicious but taste devine. I had the lotus dessert & it was so massive, light and tasty . My mum had the Ferro Roche dessert she enjoy that. You get a choice of whip cream, ice cream or pouring cream. I choose the ice cream it was 10/10. We went upstairs, wow the decor blew me away. Its definitely did not feel like I waa sitting in fosse park. Well done Isha and team fantastic service , dessert & selection of teas, coffee. They also have milkshakes and mocktails .I can't wait to return for more. I am sorry my photos will not do the place justice please go see for yourself

Delightfully delicate cakes and a range of drinks served in a beautifully styled interior. There's very little like this elsewhere in Leicester so definitely worth a visit. Plus all the staff we spoke to were absolutely brilliant - warm and friendly

This place is beautiful 😍 literally so pretty and Instagram worthy! The cakes were delicious 👌 the highlight for me was the hazelnut hot chocolate. It was so so good! It is a bit pricey so not a place I would visit all the time. Occasionally.

Amazing patisserie🍰🧁 I recommend the pistachio cake (the butter cream is insane) and the mocha choca latte, absolutely delicious. The vegan carrot cake is very tasty too. The staff and the decor are great, I appreciate the attention to detail 👍
