Okapi Kitchen

We had a range of food as we couldn't chose. Before I start it's a wonderful atmosphere and staff friendly and helpful. OK the coffee is by fair one of the best coffee I've ever had. It was smooth and they have a range of alternative milks. I had the breakfast pizza of the Sunday brunch menu and it was delicious. Couldn't eat it all and they boxed it up. My partner had the big breakfast which had a good choice of food items and very well cooked. Because we wanted dessert breakfast we chose the French toast which was so sweet and lush. Honestly the only complaint was I couldn't eat more. Will definitely be heading back soon

One of my new fave breakfast places🫶🏻 Okapi Kitchen is such a hidden gem! Located in Blaby Golf Centre, this new restaurant is a must visit. Serving breakfast, lunch, and tapas, there’s no way you can be stuck for choice. We have visited twice for breakfast and both times I was delighted by the incredible food served. I have tried the Okapi Breakfast as well as the Fully Loaded Ciabatta. Both were cooked to perfection and you could tell that the ingredients used were of a high quality. For drinks, I first had an iced hazelnut latte and the second time I had a peach iced tea. Both drinks were so tasty with no faults! I am definitely intrigued about their lunch and tapas menu, so will be visiting at some point to try those out! I’ve heard good things about the pizza🍕👌🏼. Having the restaurant located in the golf centre also makes for a great time out! Our most recent visit followed a round of crazy golf on the Congo River Crazy Golf Course! There’s nothing better than tucking into a delicious meal after a competitive round of crazy golf🙌🏼.
